Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping charges vary based on the customer’s shipping address/city .All these charges are only applied to our retail section.

  1. Free shipping on order above Rs 299 in Sambhal and Rs 50 for Ncr will be charged on the mentioned order amount.
  2. Order below Rs 299 will be charged Rs 50 for delivery in Delhi and Rs 69 in Ncr.
  3. 24 hrs shipping in Delhi only when ordered on working days by following the above order policies (1&2).
  4. It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays or Mondays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
  5. In Other cases, such as Gusted Holidays, National Holidays or some other violating events in the country, if you place order between these days, our 24-hour shipping may be effected.In such cases, we add a Day or Two accordingly.
  6. Orders from NCR will be delivered in 2–3 working days.
  7. Other states 3–4 working days. if there is a delay, our customer executive will inform to the required person.
  8. minimum order value for delivery in states other than Delhi/Ncr is Rs 599.
  9. Charges for other states are Rs 50 per order.
  10. Rs. 50/- to be charged extra as COD charges on orders below Rs. 300/- for cities other than Delhi.

If there is a delay of a day or two in delivery, the customers are requested to cooperate with it, and customers shall contact us at {Email} if the product is not delivered in 24 hours.

Customers are required not to accept any product if it is opened, taped, or comes in a damaged package without a product bill. Uniformship will not be answerable to any product problem without bill.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.

For shipments delivered outside Delhi, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be charged these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be charged.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address, a recipient not being available, or any other related reason), any extra cost spent by Uniformship for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
