Return Policy
All uniform products listed on the site, except accessories like Tie, bracelets, socks, etc can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, The same is applicable on purchases made at our stores. No return/refund will be processed after the stated time period. The customer can only exchange the product with another size of the same product after 7 days and before 30 days of the delivery/purchase date.
All sports material are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any sports product once purchased through our online store cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded for any reason unless there is a defect in the product. All the issues (if detected) in the purchased product shall be updated to our customer support within 24–48 hours after the delivery date through call, email, or website to get a replacement if available. No complaints will be accepted afterwards.
You may request for a replacement, exchange, or return only when the product is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact. The product should contain original collar tag at the time of replacement, return, or refund. No products with any other tags will be accepted.
Our supervisor/delivery logistics has the right to whether accept or deny the product for replacement, exchange, or return at the time of replacement after full inspection of the product by seeing the above-stated policies, and The customer agrees not to dispute his or her decisions.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that the wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as those given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Item like Tie, bracelets,socks and other accessories cannot be Exchanged, Replaced or Returned.
No product will be returned, exchanged, or refunded without the product’s original bill.
delivery charge of Rs. 80 will be charged (irrespective of already paid shipping charge) if the customer want to process any replacement/return and also when the customer uses our “FREE TRY & BUY” option at the time of delivery. (For Pan India)
The customer is required to pay the shipping charges told by ‘Uniformship executive’ for returning/exchanging the product in advance for smooth process.
To get a replacement, email us your order number and the reason for returning it to our mentioned email address, i.e.,{Email}. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return will you be requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
